The Ticklers Dresscode

angel Rose is an intern at Tickling U and as such she must adhere to the strict dresscode for women. Head Mistress Catherine Fox caught her wearing a shirt that is way too tiny and leaves her belly exposed. Now to properly punish students for these infractions they are tickled on every bit of exposed skin to insure they learn their lesson.
